Talenty AI provides digital services only. No physical goods are delivered.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU & UK Consumers)
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless digital performance has begun.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible if:

•No tokens have been used
•No digital outputs have been accessed

Refunds are not granted if:
•Tokens have been used
•Digital outputs have been accessed
•The 14-day period has expired
•Fraudulent activity is suspected
•A chargeback is initiated without contacting support
