4. Billing and Payment
This is a one-time payment with no automatic renewals or subscriptions. Payments are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout.
Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€) and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
5. EU & UK Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal
5.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)
If you are a resident of the United Kingdom or the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days, under:
the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (for UK consumers), and/or
the EU Consumer Rights Directive (for EU consumers).

If you begin using the service before the 14-day period ends, you may forfeit your right to withdraw.

Since Talenty AI operates on a one-time token-based system with no recurring subscriptions:

Tokens never expire
No ongoing billing commitments
7. Account Use & Responsibility
Users must be 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sharing your account details is discouraged and may result in termination of service.
8. User Content & Ownership
By uploading a resume/CV or any other content to Talenty AI, you confirm that:
You own the content or have the right to use it
The content does not violate any intellectual property, privacy, or third-party rights
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
You remain the owner of your uploaded content. We do not claim ownership of your resumes.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, software, AI models, and documentation made available through Talenty AI are the property of Pepperose LTD or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, copying, reverse-engineering, scraping, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitations of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or perfect outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pepperose LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent token purchase.
Important note: Talenty AI provides suggestions and optimized resume outputs using AI. We do not guarantee interview results, hiring outcomes, job placement, or specific performance improvements.
11. Termination
Pepperose LTD may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse the service
You engage in fraudulent activity
You attempt to exploit or reverse-engineer the platform
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Talenty AI will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, as permitted under applicable consumer laws.
For EU consumers, you retain any mandatory rights to bring claims in your country of residence, as permitted under EU consumer protection laws.

We comply with the UK GDPR and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, as well as other applicable UK data protection laws.
